Delete your Pixel Royale account and data

Option 1: in the game (immediate)
- Open Pixel Royale and wait for the main menu.
- Tap the gear icon (Settings).
- Next to DELETE ACCOUNT, tap DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted from our servers at once and the game restarts with a new, empty guest profile.
Option 2: by e-mail (if you no longer have the app)
Send an e-mail to admin@medeor.com.br with the subject "Pixel Royale account deletion" and include:
- your player name;
- if you used it, the Apple or Google account you signed in with in the game.
We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. We may ask for details that show the profile is yours.
Delete only some data
You can also keep your account and ask us, by the same e-mail, to remove your name and results from the public ranking or to remove the link between your Apple or Google account and the game. We do this within 30 days. You can change your player name yourself in the main menu at any time.
What is deleted and what is kept

Items bought with real money are deleted with the account and cannot be restored or refunded through us. To ask for a refund, use the store where you paid (Apple or Google) before deleting.

Excluir sua conta e seus dados do Pixel Royale

Opção 1: no jogo (na hora)
- Abra o Pixel Royale e espere o menu principal.
- Toque no ícone de engrenagem (Ajustes).
- Ao lado de EXCLUIR CONTA, toque em EXCLUIR e confirme.
Sua conta é apagada dos nossos servidores na hora e o jogo reinicia com um perfil de convidado novo e vazio.
Opção 2: por e-mail (se você não tem mais o app)
Envie um e-mail para admin@medeor.com.br com o assunto "Pixel Royale exclusão de conta", informando:
- seu nome de jogador;
- se usou, a conta Apple ou Google com que entrou no jogo.
Excluímos a conta em até 30 dias e confirmamos por e-mail. Podemos pedir informações que mostrem que o perfil é seu.
Excluir só alguns dados
Você também pode manter a conta e pedir, pelo mesmo e-mail, que seu nome e seus resultados saiam do ranking público ou que o vínculo entre sua conta Apple ou Google e o jogo seja removido. Fazemos isso em até 30 dias. Você mesmo pode trocar seu nome de jogador no menu principal quando quiser.

Itens comprados com dinheiro são apagados junto com a conta e não podem ser restaurados nem reembolsados por nós. Para pedir reembolso, use a loja onde você pagou (Apple ou Google) antes de excluir.
